1. Overview
Statly ("Statly", "we", "us") operates the statly.markets website and the Statly application at app.statly.markets — a research and validation platform for crypto perpetual futures. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to both the public website and the application.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — email address, name, and workspace details you provide when creating an account.
- Billing information — subscriptions are processed by our payment partner (currently Paddle, acting as merchant of record). We receive subscription status and receipts; we do not store full card numbers.
- Exchange API credentials — if you connect an exchange account, the API keys you submit (see section 6).
- Usage and technical data — server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) needed to operate and secure the service, and — only with your consent — analytics on the public website (see section 3).
- Communications — messages you send to support and your email notification preferences.
3. Cookies and analytics
The application uses only essential cookies, strictly for sign-in sessions and security. There is no analytics or advertising tracking of any kind inside the private application.
On the public website (landing, pricing, and documentation pages) we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — but only if you accept via the cookie banner. If you decline, or do not answer, no analytics script is loaded and nothing is collected. The site works fully either way, and you can clear your browser data at any time to be asked again.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the service.
- To process subscriptions and send billing receipts.
- To send service emails (account, security, and billing messages, plus optional categories you can opt out of — every optional email carries an unsubscribe link).
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand aggregate usage of the public website (with consent only).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. How we share information
We share information only with the service providers required to run Statly — cloud hosting and database infrastructure, our payment partner, and our email delivery provider — each bound to process it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law. We never sell it.
6. Exchange API credentials
Exchange API keys you connect are transported directly to an encrypted secrets vault and are not stored in the application database. They are used solely to operate the features you request on your own exchange accounts. Keys must not carry withdrawal permissions, and you can remove a connected key at any time, which deletes the stored credential.
7. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account exists. Billing records are kept as required for accounting and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. When you delete your account, associated personal information is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is legally required.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, and exchange credentials live in a dedicated encrypted vault separate from application data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Your rights and choices
You can access and update account details in the application, opt out of optional emails via the unsubscribe link or your settings, and decline analytics on the public site. To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information, contact support@statly.markets. We respond in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
10. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children
Statly is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this page; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
